Exercise Clearance

This consult is specifically designed for those who wish to engage a formal training program (With a trainer or otherwise), who have failed pre-exercise screening for a musculoskeletal issue. This consultation will assess the injury/conditions history, current state, and provide a written acknowledgement of clearane to engage in physical activity with or without any limitations depending on the case.

This purchase will contain little explicit treatment and is focused primarily on assessment and determining safety of participation in exercise.
