On purchase, you will:

1. Answer a series of questions via our intelligent online form
2. Book a video consultation
3. Your Physiotherapist will re-assess condition and collaboratively create a custom rehabilitation program
4. Continue your program via our app. You can ask follow-up questions and technique assessments. Your Physio will modify the program if necessary.
