Clients who book and pay for a full consultation directly (e.g. via our website or Google Ads) are subject to our standard consultation terms.
Following your free physiotherapy assessment, you may be offered treatment services if, in the clinical judgment of your AHPRA-registered physiotherapist, your condition is appropriate for management through a remote rehabilitation program.
By choosing to proceed with the treatment plan, you agree to enter into a subscription-based service arrangement. This includes:
A monthly billing cycle, charged in advance, commencing on the date of your first payment.
Access to physiotherapy services for the duration of each paid billing period, including:
One (1) formal telehealth consultation per month,
A personalised and clinically monitored rehabilitation program delivered via a digital app,
Ongoing asynchronous support via direct messaging, including educational resources, exercise modifications, and video feedback.
You are not obligated to proceed with any treatment following your free assessment. No charges will be applied unless you explicitly opt into a paid treatment plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no minimum commitment period. Cancellation must be made prior to the renewal date to avoid further charges. Upon cancellation, access to physiotherapy services (including messaging support and program updates) will cease at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle unless required under Australian consumer law.
This service constitutes the provision of recognised physiotherapy treatment and is delivered in accordance with AHPRA and Australian Physiotherapy Association standards. Invoices issued will reflect physiotherapy service delivery and may be suitable for submission to private health insurers; however, rebate eligibility remains at the discretion of the individual insurer.
