A 12-week hip rehab program broken up in to 3x 4-week progressive training blocks. You may start at any block, depending on your current level of pain/function. This is designed for the average lifter or otherwise currently active person with access to basic gym equipment. It is designed to be a cost-effective rehab tool that will work great for the majority of users. If you have a complex condition or would like a customized approach, please book a consultation.
This program is appropriate for, but not limited to:
- Osteoarthritis
- Femoroacetabular Impingement (FAI)
- Bursitis
- Greater trochanteric pain syndrome
- Proximal hamstring Tendinopathy/Tendinitis/Tendinosis
- Adductor Tendinopathy/Tendinitis/Tendinosis
- Hip flexor Tendinopathy/Tendinitis/Tendinosis
- Gluteal Tendinopathy/Tendinitis/Tendinosis
