A 12-week lower back rehab program broken up in to 3x 4-week progressive training blocks. You may start at any block, depending on your current level of pain/function. This is designed for the average lifter or otherwise currently active person with access to basic gym equipment. It is designed to be a cost-effective rehab tool that will work great for the majority of users. If you have a complex condition or would like a customized approach, please book a consultation.

This program is appropriate for, but not limited to:

  • Disc buldge/herniation
  • Degenerative disease
  • Osteoarthritis
  • Ankylosing Spondylitis
  • Spondylosis or Spondylisthesis
  • Scoliosis
  • Non-specific low back pain
  • Overuse syndromes
  • Other sprains/strains
